The researchers researched and designed the isotactic polypropylene to achieve high-speed bidirectional stable stretching of the chain structure, in the presence of high molecular weight fractions, control of isotacticity distribution, isotacticity of low molecular weight components, high molecular weight components, etc. A major breakthrough was made in research on regulations and other aspects.
After the domestic enterprises adopted this research result, the production speed of stretched BOPP film was increased from 170-180 meters/minute to 380 meters/minute, which exceeded the average level in foreign countries.
