The technical indicators include: quantitative, brightness (whiteness), lateral aspiration height, transverse tensile index, longitudinal wet tensile strength, softness, hole, dust, and internal volume deviation; microbial indicators include: total number of bacterial colonies, The total number of coliform bacteria, pathogenic bacteria and fungal colonies, as well as the convenience of the fluorescent substances, fiber components and paper towels in the tissue papers that consumers are concerned about, the convenience of paper handkerchiefs and the identification of labels, etc. Detection.
Of the 24 samples from this comparative test, 18 of the samples tested in accordance with the quality requirements of their explicit product standards, and there were quality problems with the results of the six samples. The pass rate of this comparative test product was 75.0%. The results of this comparative test show that the quality of the major brand products of tissue paper products on the market is reliable, but the quality of some small brands of tissue paper products still has certain problems.
1. Tissue paper products are in good sanitary condition

The brightness (whiteness) of the 24 paper tissue products selected in this comparison test is 80.8%, and the highest is 89.6%. The results all meet the standard requirements. Six products were found to contain fluorescent substances.
Third, the difference in water absorption performance of different brands of tissue paper products
The horizontal suction height is a technical indicator for reflecting the water absorption performance of the tissue paper. The larger the lateral aspiration height value, the better the water absorption performance of the tissue paper. The paper towel standard stipulates that the index of the horizontal suction height qualified product is ≥30mm/100s. In this comparison test, the horizontal suction height of the three new paper napkin products of “new cardâ€, “Zhongkang†and “Paijie†is not In accordance with the standard requirements, the minimum test result is only 11mm/100s.
Fourth, some products are not strong enough, it is easy to drop paper dust and paper hair when wiping
Tissue strength indicators include transverse tensile index and longitudinal wet tensile strength. The transverse tensile index is one of the strength indexes of the tissue paper, and the larger the transverse tensile index is, indicating that the tissue paper has good strength and is not easily broken when used. The index of the transverse tensile index qualified product in the tissue paper standard is ≥ 1.70 N?m/g. In this comparison test, the horizontal tensile index of the products of “Wei Shiâ€, “Zhongkang†and “Fuerya†did not meet the standard requirements. The minimum test result of Zhongkang products was only 0.74N?m/g. , far below the standard requirements.
Longitudinal wet tensile strength is an indicator of the wet strength of tissue paper. Tissue paper is now used to replace the handkerchief for wiping purposes. It will be in contact with water or sweat when used. If the wet strength is unqualified, the wipes will be covered with paper dust and paper hair, which will affect the use. The minimum requirements for longitudinal wet tensile strength in the tissue paper standard are ≥10.0 N/m. The longitudinal wet tensile strength of the products of the “Fulya†brand in this comparative test did not meet the standard requirements, and the test result was 8.7 N/m.
5. Insufficient quantity of paper in both products
The deviation of the internal quantity refers to the difference between the actual quantity of the product and the quantity marked by the package as a percentage of the quantity marked by the package. The standard stipulates that the deviation of the internal quantity is ≥-2.0%. In this comparison test, three kinds of products are not marked with the number of products and cannot be inspected. The deviation of the internal quantity of “Fuerya†and “Wei Shi†brand products is lower than the standard. According to the requirements, the “Fuerya†brand has an explicit quantity of 200, and the measured value is only 168, and the test result is -16.0%, which is far below the standard requirement.
6. The labeling of paper napkin products purchased by the wholesale market is not standardized.
