Successful dyeing of new nanofibers

Recently, viscose/honeycomb type silk 28.1 new fiber was successfully dyed in Shandong Demian Group Co., Ltd.

This fiber is made of high-tech nano compound technology made of a set of functional, practical new fiber in one, with good moisture absorption, breathable, easy to wash, water, odor resistance and other advantages. It is characterized by a honeycomb-like microporous structure with internal and external communication, which is characterized by incompatibility with alkali, high temperature resistance, and large shrinkage. Therefore, it is difficult to dye. In view of this fiber property, the company started from the pine tube to change the process parameters, adjust the speed, change the tension, and prepare a package with a suitable density. Then, according to the characteristics of the large shrinkage of the fiber, the first heat shrink is performed in the production. After repeated trials, the dyeing with the dispersion/reactive dyes finally made the dyeing successful.
